For my Introduction to Marketing Management course, (Marketing 304), my teammates and I conducted a competitive intelligence report on the company UGG. For this report, we conducted an analysis based on the product, focusing on their target market, brand, and product development. We also analyzed their Place tactics, including channel distribution, logistics, and market level exposure. Furthermore, we also examined their promotion considering their salespeople, advertising campaigns, and public relations. Lastly, we also discussed their pricing, including price flexibility, pricing factors, and psychological pricing techniques.
